Cabbage Torshi (ترشی کلم قرمز), otherwise known as pickled cabbage, is another common type of torshi that is well loved for its crunchiness and vibrant flavours. Compared to your common store-bought torshi, HK's cabbage torshi is refreshing, light and not too salty or acidic. HK's cabbage torshi is also vegan, gluten-free, GMO-free and handmade with no preservatives. 

To make our Cabbage Torshi, we cut organic red cabbages into small slices and then brings them with freshly cut herbs into a large container. Any organic waste is composted at this stage. The sliced cabbages are then mixed in the secret mixture with apple cider vinegar and hand-packed into jars before being fermented. Once the artisanal torshi absorbs all herbal and nutritional elements of its ingredients, they find their way to your home! This may sound simple but creating cabbage torshi takes around 12 hours to complete.

HK's Torshi is extremely versatile so there are a plethora of ways to eat it! HK's favourite way to snack on Cabbage Torshi is eating on top of a hot dog or salad. Up to 12 months unopened. Up to 12 months opened as long as you keep sealed tightly in the refrigerator and use only with clean utensils. Like many fermented foods, our best before dates are conservative and torshi never goes bad, it just becomes more sour and less crunchy. HK's Torshi is a living product that will continue to develop in flavor and complexity.
